About Me
I’m a consultant, strategist, and speaker working across social housing, regulation, and resident voice.
With over two decades of experience in the sector, I bring a blend of operational and strategic insight, policy knowledge, and creative problem-solving. I help organisations improve services, strengthen culture, and meet the standards residents have every right to expect.
Thank you for visiting. I’m glad you’re here.

My Story
I’ve lived in social housing. I’ve worked in it for over 20 years, across local authorities, ALMOs, and housing associations. I know how much a home shapes our health, safety, dignity, and the opportunities we have in life.
On 15 June 2017, I stood outside Grenfell Tower. It was the morning after the fire that killed at least 72 people. I had spent years in housing, but that moment changed everything. I saw with painful clarity that poor housing isn’t just about service failure - it can be fatal.
What was once a job that paid the bills became a personal mission.
My Work
I now work with organisations to build inclusive, accountable housing services that are fit for purpose.
My focus is on equity, dignity, and voice, particularly for people and communities who are often overlooked.
My consultancy work includes:
-
Supporting organisations to meet new regulatory standards
-
Designing accessible training and engagement tools
-
Facilitating and delivering workshops for residents, staff, and leadership teams
-
Helping teams build the confidence and competence to do better, for staff, boards, and residents
