Consulting
I offer strategic advice, project leadership and delivery support across key areas including regulatory readiness, complaints culture, tenant engagement, and service improvement.
This includes board advisory roles, discovery work, policy reviews, and hands-on delivery. I work collaboratively and practically, supporting teams to make change real.

Speaking
I speak at national conferences, workshops, resident meetings and leadership events. Whether on stage or in more intimate settings, I bring fresh thinking, grounded examples, and a clear focus on impact and outcomes.

Design
Sometimes complex ideas need clarity. I design accessible content, frameworks and tools that help teams and boards understand key issues and act on them.

I’ve created resources used by national bodies, educational institutes, resident groups, councils and housing associations across the UK.
